At Claypotts and Dryburgh, we are here to take you through every neccessary step required in order for you to achieve the big goal at the end of it all. A FULL LICENCE!!  The theory test was introduced in order to improve knowledge and understanding of the road systems and rules.  The test is in two parts, multiple choice questions and a hazzard perception test.  The multi-choice is 50 questions randomly given by a computer.  The hazzard perception test is video based and tests your awareness of any potential hazzards that there might be in front of you.  You must pass both parts at the same sitting to pass!

To help, all C and D instuctors will give out ''homework'' in the form of mock theory tests to help/encourage you to prepare for the test.  The tests we use are the official DSA (Driving Standards Agency) versions which are layed out in the same way as the actual test.  We do not charge for this.  It simply forms part of your overall training/lessons.
